Sister Cities Bayonne Artist Erwin Dazelle Creates Rolex 24 Poster

DAZELLE ROLEX 24 ART TO BE UNVEILED ON OCTOBER 9

Daytona International Speedway has organized a news conference on Friday, October 9 at 4 p.m. Eastern time at Homestead-Miami Speedway Infield Media Center during the NextEra Energy Resources SpeedJam Championships to unveil the art for the 48th anniversary of the Rolex 24 At Daytona, Jan. 30-31, 2009. Erwin Dazelle and 2009 Rolex 24 overall champions Darren Law and David Donohue of Brumos Racing will unveil the 2010 Rolex 24 poster.

Erwin Dazelle is very connected in Bayonne, France the Sister City of Daytona Beach, Florida and, indeed, he is the artist of the city of Bayonne! He has created this year again the official poster of the Bayonne Festival and the current bull fighting week poster too.

Erwin is going to be the first ever artist to be selected by the Daytona International Speedway to create the poster of the 2010 Rolex 24 at Daytona to be raced on January 30-31, 2010.  The painting that will be used to create the poster will be displayed at the "Daytona 500 Experience" during the year 2010.

We believe that the fact that Erwin is selected to design the poster of this international event is a key event that can be used to strengthen the relationship between the sister cities of Bayonne and Daytona Beach.
